2. Service Description

TRACEIP.PRO provides an IP address tracking service. Our services allow users to retrieve information associated with an IP address.

  • Free Plan: Provides basic information such as IP address, country, country code, city (if available), latitude, and longitude.
  • Paid Plan: Offers comprehensive data including IP address, country, country code, city, latitude, longitude, continent, continent code, state/region, state/region code, postal code, timezone, accuracy radius, metro code, confidence city, registered country, represented country, traits (e.g., anonymous proxy, satellite provider), currency code, ASN, ISP, datacenter heuristic, and Tor exit node status.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Retention

For users on our Plans, your IP lookup history is stored for a period of **three (3) months** for monthly usage tracking and billing purposes. After this period, historical data may be anonymized or deleted.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal activities such as hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Using our services for high-volume automated requests without prior written consent.
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the service without proper consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on TRACEIP.PRO are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any IP data provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRACEIP.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
